The Reception Staff are trained to be able to assist you with your query.
In order to get you to the right person at the right time, they may ask a few questions to help assess the urgency - they will be tactful and all details remain confidential. They will be able to help you with many routine enquiries and may ask you to see the Practice Nurse or suggest a Pharmacist for other advice.

Please note, the Reception Staff are not clinically trained and cannot interpret results. They can however inform you of any comment the Doctor may have made.
We also have a very capable Medical Secretary who deals with any referrals that the Doctor wishes to make. She will also be able to assist you with any e-Referral (Choose and Book) queries you may have.
