Practice Manager - Ceri Godwin
The Practice Manager looks after the day to day management of the practice. She will be pleased to discuss any non-medical problems that you may have and is available to deal promptly with any complaints concerning the practice and to receive any suggestions you may have for improving the services offered.

The Reception Staff are trained to be able to assist you with your query.
In order to get you to the right person at the right time, they may ask a few questions to help assess the urgency - they will be tactful and all details remain confidential. They will be able to help you with many routine enquiries and may ask you to see the Practice Nurse or suggest a Pharmacist for other advice.
Please note, the Reception Staff are not clinically trained and cannot interpret results. They can however inform you of any comment the Doctor may have made.
We also have a very capable Medical Secretary who deals with any referrals that the Doctor wishes to make. She will also be able to assist you with any e-Referral (Choose and Book) queries you may have.
We also have district nurses, health visitors, midwives and community psychiatric nurses, who are not directly employed by the practice, but work as part of the practice team.
